Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing is the process of printing garments using a state-of-the-art printer that sprays environmentally friendly textile ink directly onto a garment. Unlike screen-printing, the ink becomes a part of the shirt, adhering to the 100% cotton fibers after being heated. The result is a shirt with a beautiful, full colour image, which feels very soft to the touch.

DTG has No Set-Up Charges and No Minimums.

Traditional screen-printers will charge per colour in set up fees to cover the cost of preparing each "screen" for the print. Limitations are placed on how many colours one can print as only so many screens can be made for the production process. DTG printing places no boundaries on the number of colours being printed and does not involve set up charges as there are no screens being used.
